The project is a community strategic plan. The purpose of which is to improve the status of a community or a specific social group. A project is an idea. A project is created with an objective to do something and the project can be something more concrete, envisioning something from a document with instructions to create economic growth in the community.

Planning is a project. This is the first sketch or any kind of plan of a preliminary stageis done before adopting a final form.

The projects are generally built for the poor, Dalit, disabled, tribal and unemployed communities in the society.
