Organization Profile

The main scope of this organization is to develop environmental skills education in the society. This organization aims to make the poor, Dalits, disabled, helpless, single women, tribals, backward classes and the backward classes in the society as the center point and make them financially prosperous in activities such as skill education, health, food, security, financial etc. This organization, which adopts the concept of human rights-oriented skills by doing social work, will process the projects and programs of this office in various districts of Nepal to various stakeholders, groups with rights, water, land, forest, and resources that are being wasted at the local level. This organization has been established with the aim of providing equal access to skill development to different communities for employment and industrial development in every house, and to support sustainable livelihood, to operate our various programs in a rights-oriented manner. The organization has been organizing quality skills to conduct the skill access enhancement program. In particular, programs such as economic growth programs and health camps in remote areas, providing industrial training free of charge, and guaranteeing employment to every unemployed person to prevent economic shortages, are aimed at reducing the increasing number of unemployed by coordinating with the central government or local government. Targeted, industrial economic growth programs and training, financial support programs for the disabled, Dalits, backward classes, public awareness and environmental programs for building a plastic-free society, agricultural training and programs related to the processing of local or wasted items, stability and sustainable transformation of society into an economic one. And to spread public awareness, the Plan Star Sano Sansar Skill Development Institute has been established.

Organization: Organization refers to a group of people working together to achieve a certain goal. Similarly, a group of people established according to the prevailing laws of Nepal to achieve a specific purpose is called an organization. It is established according to prevailing laws.

A company means a self-governing and organized organization with unbroken succession established as a private limited and a public limited in accordance with the Companies Act, 2063 by a person or group who wants to do industrial business. It can acquire, hold, sell or otherwise carry on business in movable and immovable property like persons and sue in its own name. In this Act, there are provisions for registering three types of companies.

a) Private company: It is a company of up to 50 shareholders in the amount established as per the above and also single

Companies with shareholders also fall under private companies.

b) A public company is a company other than a private company among the companies established as mentioned above. In which there should be at least 7 founders and the paid-up capital should be at least Rs 1 crore.

c) A company that does not distribute profits from the accumulated profits or savings for the realization of any purpose

According to the Companies Act, 2063, dividends or any other amount cannot be distributed or paid to the members It is an established company and in which there are up to 5 founders and such a company usually does not have to write words like Company Limited or Private Limited after its name.
